Varying the content to give insight into what’s happening across the business is a great way to connect your employees and encourage engagement. ****4) Widen the use and contribution**** To help ensure the [intranet](http://www.sorce.co.uk/intranet-software/) is adopted by remote workers and they continue to be engaged, you might like to think about widening the use of the intranet with additional applications that are essential for everyday business.
